Do I need to make my Steam inventory public?
Yes. Your Steam inventory must be public to ensure the successful delivery of your skin.
Is logging in with Steam safe?
Absolutely. We use Steam’s official OpenID system, which allows you to log in without sharing your password. Your private credentials and sensitive information remain fully secure.
Do you store my payment information?
No. Payments are handled entirely by secure, authorized third-party providers. We do not store full card details or other sensitive payment data.
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
Yes, as long as the skin hasn’t been claimed or delivered. Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, which will be returned to your original payment method. Fraudulent or abusive requests may be denied.
How do I sell my CS2 skins?
Log in with Steam, select the skins you wish to sell, set your price, and submit your listing. After approval, your items will appear on the marketplace within a few hours.
How and when will I get paid after a sale?
Payments are released immediately after a successful sale. Make sure your payout details are accurate under My Account → Payout Information. A 10% platform fee applies to all sales.
